Every motorized steel frame undergoes an eight-point motor and brake diagnostic before leaving our central production facility on dedicated freight.
Our logistics coordinator contacts you forty-eight hours prior to arrival to confirm driveway clearance, room floor level, and a four-hour delivery window.
Two certified technicians uncrate the frame, position the bed in your chosen room, complete load testing, and remove all wooden pallets and packaging.
